Mr. Eugene Bedell, BA, MBA - Executive Managing Partner
Mr. Eugene Bedell is a managing partner and a member of the executive leadership team of BBK. Mr. Bedell helps drive strategic planning, growth, revenue, new customer acquisition and retention, and financial management. Mr. Bedell is also Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Advance Telecom Process LLC, (ADTelP) where he is responsible for the overall executive leadership including responsibility for business affairs, corporate strategic planning, and mission success, coordinates, develops, and maintains financial management procedures to support the life cycle of the firm including expense and revenue outlook, expense tracking, revenue/expense budgets, P&L pricing, and financial report management.
Mr. Bedell over 20 years of federal, commercial, and non-profit experience reinforced his belief that in today’s economy, organizations must optimize business operations, perform efficiently with modest resources, and successfully compete in a rapidly changing global market. Leveraging his original vision, Mr. Bedell has built a professional services firm that continuously emphasizes the highest work standards and professionalism, consistently delivers quality services, and conducts daily business activities in accordance with strong business ethics.
Dr. Alovett Joel King, BA, MBA, DM, PhD - Executive Managing Partner
Dr. King is managing partner of BBK Development Associates and a member of the executive leadership team. Dr. King helps drive strategic direction, manage day-to-day activities including operations, research, technology, innovation, and financial management of the firm. Dr. King is the founder of DATATICO INC and data management and consultant firm that focusses on best-in-class data management solution for the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. He has over 25 years' experience in data and technology management, strategy, policy development, training and monitoring and evaluation. He has worked for many globally recognized companies such as Dupont Manufacturing, Prudential, Banc One Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, JP Morgan Chase, and AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies. He has a Doctor of Management from University of Maryland Global, Campus, a PhD in Organization Leadership from Columbia International University, a certificate in Public Policy Economics from University of Oxford, a certificate in executive coaching from University of Cambridge, and University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Online.
Madam Vida A. Mensah, BSBA, MA, - Senior Vice President
Madam Mensah is an Associate and member of the executive leadership of BBK Development. She drives the processes of jobs creation, capacity building, and business development at a strategic level and lowest cost for clients. She works in collaboration with Partners and Clients for private and public sectors and builds capacity for human capital, strengthens leaderships, and recruits Top Notch Talents for Clients. She has exceedingly demonstrated the abilities to improve Strategic Human Resources and Administration projects on deadlines, an amazing visionary leader, excellent people-skills, high integrity, driven in fast paced and rapid changing high volume cross multicultural environments.
Madam Mensah is also the CEO of Target HR Consulting Services LLC, where she is responsible for conducting training and development, restructuring the full cycle of Human Resources not limited to employee relations resolution, policies development, and payroll Outsourcing for Domestic and international Partners. Madam Mensah has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Development and Industrial Relations/Administration/Management. She has worked for domestic and global companies at the managerial levels, such as JP Morgan Chase, Kraft Foods, Inc., and globally, as Country Head of HR of Arcelor Mittal-Liberia, Vice President-HR, and Administration for both Orange Telecommunications in Liberia and the National Oil Company of Liberia. Madam Mensah has acquired a master’s degree in Human Resources Development/Industrial Relations at the Northeastern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Roosevelt University, both in Chicago, Illinois. She is represented on Boards reflecting human resources activities, a member of Society of Human Resources Management and has traveled extensively in Europe and Africa on Conferences and Workshops involving the enhancement and advancement of human capital Sector.
